Please inspect your order when you receive it and reach out to support@ludoliminal.com immediately if the items is wrong, damaged, or defective in some way. We may ask you to provide photos of the item and shipping material. You must contact us within 14 days of recorded delivery to the address where the order was sent to be eligible for a refund or return.
Order Cancelations
Your order may be canceled and the full payment and shipping costs refunded if it has not yet been packaged for shipment. Once we have purchased the shipping label for your order, the shipping cost is non-refundable. Shipped orders can not be canceled.
Exchanges or Refunds
Exchanges or refunds are available under specific conditions. Please read the information below to find out if you qualify for a refund or exchange and contact support@ludoliminal.com.
- You must contact us within 14 days of recorded delivery to the address where the order was sent
- Refunds are only available for items that are missing, damaged, faulty, or that don’t match the product description. It is our discretion to decide whether to provide a refund or send a replacement/exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be returned or refunded. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
- Refunds are not available for items that were not delivered to the customer due to customer error during the purchasing process.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that are returned without first contacting us to make arrangements will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and the amount to be refunded. If you are approved for a refund for your return, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days after we have received your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
There are certain situations where refunds for returns may be partial or not granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned unless the delivery failed or an incorrect item was sent, including but not necessarily limited to:
- Gift cards
- Software products or keys
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds or replacement items
If you haven’t received a refund according to the timeline outlined above, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have questions, please contact us at support@ludoliminal.com.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
European-Union-specific 14 day “cooling off period“
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt. As above, items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
